Americans Abroad Weekend Preview: McKenzie, Robinson, and more

Ligue 1 play is back this weekend and Mark McKenzie and Toulouse will aim to pick up where they left off.
Sitting ninth in the league table, Toulouse makes the trip to Lens on Sunday. Only three points separate the two clubs in the standings following the holiday break, making Sunday’s contest a crucial one.
McKenzie has remained a consistent starter for his new club, logging 14 appearances to date in the Toulouse backline. The U.S. men’s national team defender has fit in nicely following his move from Genk and will fight to keep his starting job this weekend and beyond.
With USMNT head coach Mauricio Pochettino keeping an eye on all of his players, McKenzie remains a defensive option ahead of the March CONCACAF Nations League Final Four.
