The former Columbus Crew standout has quickly become a regular starter in Michael Carrick’s squad. Morris has made 11 league appearances to date.
Josh Sargent has remained a key attacking piece for the Canaries this season despite being linked with a move back to the Premier League. Sargent has scored four goals and added five assists to date, most recently assisting once in Norwich’s 2-2 comeback draw at Preston North End on Tuesday. Although he didn’t have a productive USMNT window, Sargent should continue to see opportunities if his club production continues to rise.
Elsewhere in England, Antonee Robinson and Fulham face Everton in Premier League play. Gabriel Slonina and Barnsley continue their League One schedule at Shrewsbury Town.
In Italy, Christian Pulisic aims to continue his productive streak as AC Milan visit Bologna. Weston McKennie seeks to make his Serie A return.
