The U.S. women’s national team will have two home friendlies coming next April in California.

Brazil will oppose the Americans on April 5 at SoFi Stadium and April 8 at PayPal Park. These will be the fourth and fifth respective matches for the USWNT in 2025 following the SheBelieves Cup.

It will be the first head-to-head meeting between the USWNT and Brazil since the teams squared off at the Olympic Gold Medal match last summer in Paris, France. Mallory Swanson scored the winning goal on that occasion.

"These are matches against a top team in fantastic stadiums that will be as fun for the players as they are for the fans," said USWNT head coach Emma Hayes. "To play the first ever women's professional match at Sofi Stadium is a great honor and one worthy of this team. We're very much looking forward to spending this trip in California which has produced so many players for the U.S. Women's National Team and so many great moments in our history."

Brazil is currently ranked No. 8in the world while the USWNT continues to hold the No. 1 spot in the FIFA Women’s Rankings.

It will be Brazil’s first road match against the USWNT since 2023.
