It has been 26 days since Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 4-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu, in a match that was marred by incidents of racist abuse. Lamine Yamal, Raphinha and Ansu Fati were reported to have been the victims of this, and 24 hours after the match, the matter was referred to the relevant authorities, which including the Spanish Football Federation's Anti-Violence Commission.

However, Diario AS say that the matter is still yet to return a verdict – this is the despite the fact that the Comission has met on three occasions since El Clasico, with the latest meeting having been earlier this week.

In similar cases in the past, the Anti-Violence Commission has ruled quickly – this season alone, Atletico Madrid and Espanyol were swiftly punished for the action of a very small group of supporters. Real Madrid have already identified those responsible, but for now, they are still awaiting their own possible sanction(s).
