Barcelona are nervously hoping they will find a way to register Dani Olmo for the second half of the season, aware that with the deadline already passed, he has a clause in his contract that allows him to leave for free. His agent Andy Bara has stated that he will remain at Barcelona come what may, but there is no shortage of clubs willing to pitch why he should change his mind.
Pending Confirmation: Atlético Madrid and Barcelona are in advanced talks regarding the permanent transfer of Clément Lenglet. Both clubs are prepared to finalize the deal. Atleti could offer between €8M and €10M.@jaumemarcet@carpetasFCB

According to Sport, in the Premier League alone, Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea are all keeping a close eye on whether Olmo will become available. Former Spain manager Luis Enrique will be more than familiar with his talents, and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested, as are Bayern Munich, one of the sides who were interested in him during the summer. Perhaps the most intriguing of all is Atletico Madrid, who have made plenty of profit from picking up former Barcelona players.
Barça did their homework and presented everything on time. La Liga wanted more guarantees, and so they need more time. Therefore the club gave everything necessary on time, not only to register Olmo, but to return to 1:1. In three days they can prove it. @10JoseAlvarez

Olmo seems determined to remain at Barcelona, and until that changes, it remains something of a moot point. However Olmo could make an enormous profit from the operation if he were to sign on a free with another club. Not only would he likely command high wages and a high signing bonus, he would also be due the full €48m from his six-year deal at Barcelona.
