Borussia Dortmund claimed a surprise place in next month's Champions League final after upsetting Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday to secure a 2-0 aggregate victory.

Mats Hummels' header off a corner in the second half was all Dortmund needed to win the second leg 1-0 in Paris and reach the Champions League final for the first time since 2013.

Borussia Dortmund will play Bayern Munich or Real Madrid in the final on June 1 at Wembley Stadium. Dortmund lost their most recent Champions League final appearance 11 years ago at Wembley against domestic rivals Bayern.

More to come.
