The United States owns the CONCACAF Nations League.

The U.S. defeated perennial rival Mexico 2-0 on Sunday to claim its third consecutive Nations League title, as goals on either side of the halftime interval from Tyler Adams and Gio Reyna lifted Gregg Berhalter's team to a largely comfortable victory in Texas. The Americans have now hoisted the trophy in all three editions of the regional tournament.
