Martin Odegaard could reportedly be the next Arsenal star to commit his long-term future at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners captain has established himself as one of the Premier League’s top midfielders since joining from Real Madrid in 2021 for £34million.

After 15 goals and seven assists in 37 Premier Leagues matches last term, the 24-year-old already has two strikes to his name this campaign.
But with two years left on his current deal, the Gunners faithful have called on the club to hand him fresh terms amid Paris Saint-Germain interest.
And in news that will delight supporters, Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano has claimed Arsenal are in talks with their skipper over extending his stay.
It has been said that negotiations will continue to take place over the coming weeks and months.
Odegaard has made no secret of his desire to remain at Arsenal, as he told Norwegian news outlet told TV2 in June: “I have a few years left on the contract.
“I’m fine and I hope to be at the club for a long time to come. I have not spoken to them, that is not my task.
“To be honest, I don’t know how the situation is right now. Well, it’s not me who controls it.

Should he pen a new deal, he would become the latest high-profile player to sign on in north London.
Earlier in the summer, Bukayo Saka, William Saliba and Reiss Nelson were all handed new long-term deals.
Meanwhile, Arsenal extended the stays of Brazilian pair Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Magalhaes as well as England goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale last term.
