Arsenal have confirmed they will face Sp*rs in Hong Kong as part of their pre-season preparations for the 2025/26 campaign.
The game, which we reported back in February, will take place on 31 July at the newly opened, 50,000-capacity Kai Tak Stadium as part of the Hong Kong Football Festival 2025
It'll be the club's first visit to Hong Kong since 2012, when Arsène Wenger's side played out a 2-2 draw with local outfit Kitchee at Hong Kong Stadium as part of a wider tour that also took in China and Malaysia. It’s also the first time a north London derby will be played outside of the UK.
On the decision to return, managing director Richard Garlick said:
"Everyone at Arsenal is excited to be visiting Hong Kong in July. It's great to be back with our men's first team squad after 13 years, and gives us the opportunity to meet so many of our fantastic supporters in the region again.
"As well as training hard and playing the match, we cannot wait to connect with our Hong Kong supporters in this wonderful part of the world.
"Playing against Tottenham Hotspur in the magnificent new Kai Tak Stadium will be a great experience for both teams and supporters, and will be a very important part of our pre-season preparations ahead of the new season."
Having opted against a fourth consecutive summer in the USA, the club are expected to announce further fixtures in the region in due course.
