Alan Shearer names Premier League club who can afford Alexander Isak transfer

Alan Shearer believes Chelsea are the only Premier League club who can afford to sign Alexander Isak from Newcastle United.
Isak is thought to be Arsenal’s No.1 transfer target but fresh reports indicate they are increasingly unlikely to bring him to the Emirates.
That’s because of Isak’s hefty price tag, with Newcastle rumoured to want £150m to even consider parting ways with the talented 25-year-old striker.
Shearer thinks his old side may ask for even more than that – and doesn’t feel any club will be able to pay out for Isak ‘other than possibly Chelsea’.
The west Londoners have had no problem whatsoever with splashing the cash in the BlueCo era, paying huge fees to sign the likes of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, and Isak could now be next in their sights.
Legendary Premier League striker Shearer told Betfair: ‘Other than possibly Chelsea, I genuinely don't think that anybody could afford to buy Alexander Isak.
‘Because of the way that the rules are structured with PSR, I don't think that anybody could afford him.
‘I'll never say PSR rules are a good thing – even without them in place, I'm not sure if anybody would be able to go to the price that Newcastle would ask for to sell him.
‘I'd guess that they wouldn't even entertain it. If you've paid £63 million for someone and he's smashing the league up like he is right now, what would the price be?
‘I've looked at £150m being talked about, but I don't think that they would even entertain that, why would they?
‘The problem then would be getting somebody in who could do as good of a job. That, at the minute, is what everybody needs – a centre-forward.
‘There isn't a club in the country who wouldn't go out and buy a centre-forward like Isak if one was available.’
Isak has once again been among the most impressive strikers in the Premier League this season, conjuring up 13 goals and four assists across 18 top-flight games.
