His stature at Stamford Bridge has reduced to someone who is only playing regularly in cup competitions and in the Conference League and that seems to be frustrating for the Frenchman.
Even though reports in France have stated that Chelsea see Disasi as part of their long-term future, there is a contrary claim from Italy.

Antonio Conte is a fan of the defender’s profile and even tried to sign him during his time at Tottenham, but he wants to finally unite with him now in Naples.
The Italian side have 'excellent relations' with Chelsea and this could help in a potential deal, with Bundesliga clubs also keeping tabs on the centre-back’s situation.
It would only have to be a loan deal and the player is said to be interested in the possibility of an exit.
