John Terry names Chelsea's best-ever player and most-talented ever player in best Xl

Chelsea legend John Terry has named Chelsea's best-ever player and most-talented ever player in his best Chelsea Xl pick.

Things are all rather different at Chelsea these days from when Terry was playing at the club – that was easily the most successful time at Chelsea so far. They had some immense players.

So as the club celebrates 120 in existence, they have been asking fans to pick their best ever Xl in that time.

As per the Chelsea website, the fans picked this Xl:

● Cech

● Azpilicueta
● Terry
● Silva
● Cole

● Makelele
● Lampard
● Kante

● Zola
● Drogba
● Hazard

Terry picks his Xl

Terry was then asked to select his, and his starting Xl isn't much different to the fans. He has taken himself out for Marcel Desailly, and N'Golo Kante out in favour of more creativity with Cesc Fabregas coming in.

The former club captain also spoke on who Chelsea's greatest ever player is, and of course he went for Frank Lampard. But he also says that Eden Hazard is the most talented ever Chelsea player, and there certainly is a difference as he explains below via GIVEMESPORT.

Terry: "I think Frank Lampard's our best-ever player. And again for longevity, goals, repetition year after year.

Hazard's our most talented-ever player, but in terms of what he achieved, Lamps goes right at the very top for me."

There are certainly some incredible players in these lists and I don't think that any of the current players would even get close yet. You have to earn that legacy with time and achievements. Hopefully some of them might get in future best Chelsea Xl's down the line, but not yet.
