Renato Veiga's time at Chelsea has been impressive enough that not only one but now two teams are said to be eyeing him in this January transfer window, with L'Equipe reporting that Olympique Marseille are also in "concrete talks" over a transfer.
Borussia Dortmund have reportedly submitted an official offer already, though they're only proposing a loan with an option to buy and Chelsea are said to be only considering more permanent arrangements — be that an actual transfer or a loan with an obligation. L'Equipe's report corroborates this stance as well.
Chelsea have set a £20m asking price for Veiga, who's played fairly regularly in secondary competitions, but is looking for more consistent and relevant playing time. And he's also looking to play center back, which isn't likely to happen at Chelsea anytime soon.
Marseille spent relatively big in the summer (€50m+ net) for new manager Robert De Zerbi, and are currently sitting second in the league behind PSG. They shouldn't have too much trouble meeting our demands, should they choose to do so (and should Veiga agree to leave permanently).
