December awards

Chelsea may have finished December on a down note, dropping eight points over our last three games, but the month did feature some good times and good performances, including of course from a certain Cole Palmer, who has been nominated for Player of the Month for the Premier League once again.

Palmer finished the month with five goals and one assist in the seven games, including the effort against Fulham, which has been nominated for Goal of the Month. (Ex-Chelsea prospect Tariq Lamptey has a couple nominations, too!)

And his month could've even better were it not for Ipswich Town's Christian Walton, who tipped a goalbound shot onto the crossbar earlier this week. Incidentally, that save has been nominated for Save of the Month, alongside (one of) Robert Sánchez's stellar saves against Brentford.

Neither Palmer nor Sánchez are strangers to their respective awards, with the latter winning it for October, and the former for September (PotM) and November (GotM) already earlier this season.

You can vote for Palmer here and here, and you can vote for Sánchez here.
