Real Madrid are reportedly ready to offer one of their current world class midfielders in part-exchange for Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
Fernandez was part of the racism controversy at the start of the season that hit home for many. But he has seemingly brushed that aside to continue with his season at Chelsea. He began as the main starting midfielder for Enzo Maresca alongside Moises Caicedo. But now, he has seemingly lost a place in Chelsea's best Xl to young midfielder Romeo Lavia.

Fernandez has now been starting games under Maresca's 'second string' starting Xl, and he is likely to start in that tonight as well against Newcastle United in the League Cup.
This might mean that we will start to see many more rumours like this that comes up, as will naturally happen with these stories. But questions will start to be asked about whether Chelsea will keep Fernandez in near future or whether they will look to cash in and also, whether the player now might look to make a move.
Real Madrid keen
According to a story reported by Football Fancast, a Spanish media source explains this week that France international Aurelien Tchouameni could be sacrificed to sweeten a deal with Chelsea.
Real Madrid are prepared to offer Tchouameni to Chelsea in exchange for Fernandez, with the latter wanted personally by Ancelotti. Maresca's midfield ace has become Real's prime target to bolster their central options, and Fernandez could apparently welcome the move.
I'm sure Real Madrid will have an interest in Fernandez because actually, I think he would be much better suited to La Liga. But I can't see them wanting to offload Tchouameni, who is world class, just to get him Can't see much in this rumour to be honest and I'm sure it will fade out.
