Reece James was the headline feature in today's London is Blue podcast – and sadly as you would expect, it's not good.
James was supposed to be fit this season – then hurt himself just before the big kick off. Luckily it didn't sound too bad – and a very conservative estimate had him back for the game against Bournemouth last weekend.
Not only did he not make that game, it seems he's further away from playing if anything. They guys discussed this and what it means for the squad, especially as we now enter one of the most hectic periods of the season.
Their concept that Marc Cucurella could be used as a right back for cover in some cups is definitely not off the table. Axel Disasi has struggled, and with James out, Malo Gusto can't just play twice a week.
