Introducing the supporters' liaison officer

Lucy Parker, who joined the club's commercial team in March, is the supporters' liaison officer (SLO). The SLO role bridges the gap between the fans and the club. The SLO for any club should be approachable, looking for helpful and honest feedback. Commenting on her position, which involves attending Supporters' Forum meetings, Lucy said: "I am looking forward to getting stuck into the role. Fans truly are at the heart of the club and I look forward to working with them and the club to enhance the fan experience on matchdays."
