Are you passionate about creating a positive community experience? Chesterfield FC is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make matchdays unforgettable for supporters! Role: Matchday Volunteer Location: Chesterfield FC Commitment: Unpaid volunteer role on HOME matchdays only (includes free matchday ticket!) Responsibilities: Fan Engagement: Welcome and interact with fans, assist them with directions, answer questions, and help them feel at home at the stadium. Support Matchday Activities: Assist with flag bearers, ball retrievers, and ensure all matchday operations run smoothly. Enhance the Matchday Experience: Go the extra mile to create a memorable experience by checking in with fans, offering guidance, and helping them find their way around. Clear communication is key with our fans. Who We’re Looking For: Friendly, approachable individuals who enjoy interacting with people of all ages. Confidence in engaging with fans to ensure they have a great time. No previous football knowledge is required (we’ll provide you with everything you need to know). This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, support your local team, and be part of an exciting matchday atmosphere! Due to safeguarding, we can only accept applications aged 18 or over. Applicants should be available for the majority of this season’s remaining home fixtures.
