Papers sent out ahead of AGM

The official papers for the CFC 2001 Ltd AGM have started to be sent to the almost 1,600 shareholders of the football club. The accounts and financial reports were approved by the directors of the club on March 14. These are being circulated and will appear on Companies House shortly. A copy of the agenda for the AGM, which includes the resolutions about the share issue, can be downloaded here: AGM 2025. The meeting is on April 4. An AGM Proxy form is also available, should people wish to register a vote in absence or send someone in their place.
