Spireites draw against Harrogate

The Spireites were held to a goalless draw against Harrogate Town at the SMH Group Stadium. Paul Cook made a single change to the side that beat Notts County last time out as Janoi Donacien replaced the injured Ryheem Sheckleford. Will Grigg returned to the bench from an Injury. Armando Dobra set off on a mazy run in the sixth minute which almost produced a goal, as he unleashed his effort from the edge of the box, but a Harrogate defender was on hand to block. Ryan Boot pulled off an impressive save at full stretch, in the 12th minute, to push Bryn Morris' direct free kick away from danger. One minute later, a quick Harrogate counter-attack was almost converted by Josh March, who latched onto Jack Muldoon's low cross, but Boot made the save again. Jenson Metcalfe took on an effort from the edge of the box, after picking up a loose ball from a corner, but his effort couldn't make its way through the crowd of defenders. As half-time approached, Bim Pepple managed to hold off Anthony O'Connor and get around the defender to pull back to Naylor, who was dispossessed before he could get his shot away. […]
