Paul Cook spoke to the media ahead of the important away clash against Doncaster Rovers, starting by reflecting on the team's recent performances. He said: “We're working on forming partnerships and improving our play on the field. “We have so much quality in the squad, and it's just about getting that chemistry right – but it will come. “Our recent performances haven't been up to the standards we want, but we know what we need to improve. “I always focus on my own team rather than the opposition, and my priority is addressing what we can do to hurt the opposition. “I have complete trust in my team, and with the talent we have, I believe we'll start picking up more wins. “We're still transitioning as a team and being patient but make no mistake – we're going to Doncaster looking for three points."
