Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been a regular for Everton this season.
The Englishman has played 18 times in the Premier League and has two goals, but his time at Goodison Park could soon be coming to an end.
The 27-year-old’s current contract at Everton runs out in the summer of 2025 and Alfredo Pedulla has reported on the situation of the striker, who is attracting attention from many leagues.
The journalist has stated that the Toffees offered Calvert-Lewin a new deal but it was rejected by the striker. The Merseyside club could make another attempt but the player’s intention right now is to seal a move away from Everton.
The report claims that Italian side Atalanta have 'asked for information' in the past few hours and they are said to be quite attentive to any market opportunities that arrive for January.
The expectation is that Calvert-Lewin will make a decision about his future soon, with Fiorentina also said to be interested.
As of now, the indication is that the player will depart Everton after a nine-year-long stint at the club.
