Nottingham Forest could keep their sensational start to the season going on Saturday with Fulham making the trip to the City Ground.

Nuno Espirito Santo‘s side have been seriously impressive across the opening five games in the Premier League.

The Reds remain unbeaten but it is now time for the home fans to be rewarded with their first win of the season.

Seven of Forest‘s nine points have come on the road with wins against Southampton and Liverpool added to with a draw against Brighton & Hove Albion.

But the Reds will now be looking to secure their first home win since April which came against Fulham, ironically.

Elliot Anderson to replace Morgan Gibbs-White

Last weekend, Forest’s star man Morgan Gibbs-White was shown a red card which will see him miss the game on Saturday.

Although this is going to be viewed as a blow, it could also present a real opportunity for one Forest player to step up in his absence.

This could offer Elliot Anderson the perfect opportunity to come into the starting XI playing in a more advanced role.

Fulham manager Marco Silva has already shared his caution of Anderson potentially starting having hailed him a real talent.

Ryan Yates returns to the starting XI

With Gibbs-White out and Anderson potentially making the move further up the field, this will require another holding midfielder to come into the XI.

James Ward-Prowse was taken off at half time against Brighton and replaced with Ryan Yates but the pair could line up alongside each other against the Cottagers.

This comes amid the injury issues to Ibrahim Sangare and Danilo with Nuno admitting Sangare is going to be sidelined for a period of time.

“Unfortunately, Ibrahim Sangare is going to be a while,” Nuno told the media after the win against Liverpool.

Ramon Sosa to be rewarded with start

Coming on with around half an hour to go against Brighton, Ramon Sosa was able to score his first goal in a Forest shirt.

Sosa arrived at Forest having rebelled against Talleres training which meant he has had to work on his fitness.

However, he has impressed when he has come on and he could well be rewarded with a start as he has began to build up his minutes.

Starting someone like Anthony Elanga would be the obvious choice but Nuno could look to reward the Paraguayan.

Nottingham Forest predicted starting XI vs Fulham:Sels; Aina, Murillo, Milenkovic, Moreno; Yates, Ward-Prowse; Sosa, Anderson, Hudson-Odoi; Wood.
