Nottingham Forest are fully focused on getting results at the moment but behind the scenes, the transfer puzzle will be firmly in hand.
The Reds beat Wolves 3-0 on Monday night with goals coming from Morgan Gibbs-White, Chris Wood and Taiwo Awoniyi.
Forest are now sitting third in the Premier League with 40 points from 20 games and European football feels like a real possibility.
Gibbs-White was praised by Jamie Carragher for his efforts last night and now Forest are keen to bring in more attacking talent it would seem.

Nottingham Forest want Habib Diallo
According to AS Roma Live, the Reds have joined Everton in the mix to sign attacking midfielder Diallo during the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old is currently playing for Strasbourg in France and he’s bagged four goals from 16 appearances in all competitions this season.
Diallo is a product of the youth academy at the Ligue 1 outfit and he’s actually been the captain of the team during 2024/25.
The talented player operates in the number 10 role and that means he would compete with a place in the team with Gibbs-White should he arrive.
Diallo has spent time playing as a conventional midfielder – much like Gibbs-White – and perhaps having him as an extra option would be ideal.
Diallo fits the profile of decent Forest signing
The last player Forest took from Strasbourg was Matz Sels and it’s fair to say that particular deal hasn’t gone too badly.
Diallo fits the profile of what Forest are trying to do in the modern era and at 21, he would clearly arrive at the club with bags of potential.
The fact he can play in a couple of positions perhaps makes him not too dissimilar to Gibbs-White and that might bode well for the future.
Liverpool have been looking at Gibbs-White and it’s important that Forest do have a contingency plan in the event of a worst-case scenario.
Diallo will be wanted by a number of clubs but if Forest can get him over the line it could prove to be £16.5 million well spent.
