Hartlepool United moved to within two points of the National League's top seven after they edged past fellow play-off contenders Yeovil on Saturday. The wind was the biggest talking point in the first half and players were even forced from the pitch for around 20 minutes after an advertising panel came loose above the heads of the travelling fans in the Rink End. While it certainly wasn't a game for the footballing purists, there was far more goalmouth action in the second half as Mani Dieseruvwe and Gary Madine struck either side of Glovers substitute Kofi Shaw's impressive equaliser to make it six home league games unbeaten for Pools.
