Ange Postecoglou is set to have two players back from injury against Arsenal handing his squad a massive boost ahead of the North London derby.

Tottenham and Arsenal both head into the clash with key injuries and in very mixed form with the Gunners having just exited the FA Cup at home to Man United.

Postecoglou will be without six players while Mikel Arteta is expected to be missing five players, with Gabriel Jesus the latest Arsenal man to pick up an injury.

But for the Spurs boss, he is getting two more players back for the trip to the Emirates and they could hand him two interesting options.

Richarlison and Ben Davies set to return vs Arsenal

Richarlison is on course to be named in Tottenham’s squad to face Arsenal and make his long-awaited return from a thigh injury, as per Paul O’Keefe.

The Brazilian has made just seven appearances this term having been sidelined for 125 days and had two spells on the sidelines.

Ange Postecoglou will now be hoping the 27-year-old can stay fit until the end of the season and hand him an option who he can rotate with Dominic Solanke.

Ben Davies is the other player who could return to action against the Gunners, although it is not certain yet whether he will be fully fit for Wednesday.

The defender is back in training and will need to be assessed before the trip across North London.

Who will be missing for Arsenal against Tottenham?

Gabriel Jesus looks set to be out for several months after suffering a knee injury against Man United in the FA Cup.

The Brazilian joins Bukayo Saka and Ethan Nwaneri as Arsenal forwards who are out for long periods on the sidelines.

Riccardo Calafiori is likely to be back fit after struggling with a knee injury, whilst Jurrien Timber and Jorigho are also expected to be fit.

Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu both remain unavailable.
