Arsenal star Declan Rice reacts to Morgan Gibbs-White message after Forest win

Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice responded to Morgan Gibbs-White on social media following Nottingham Forest winning 3-2 over Southampton in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old started as Forest looked set to cruise through the match, leading 3-0 at half-time. Despite a late comeback from Southampton, who scored two goals in quick succession, Forest held on for the win.
Gibbs-White assisted a brilliant strike from Elliot Anderson in the 11th minute to give Forest the lead, and Callum Hudson-Odoi doubled their tally. Chris Wood continued his excellent form, scoring his 14th goal of the season to make it 3-0.
After the match, Gibbs-White took to social media with a simple message, "+3" followed by a tree emoji to represent Forest. Hudson-Odoi sent his praise with a string of emojis, and Rice showed his appreciation by liking the post of his fellow Englishman.

Forest had a challenging week, facing league leaders Liverpool just days earlier on 14 January. However, after an impressive draw, their momentum carried into the Southampton match, and it showed.
Gibbs-White posted on social media following the intense Liverpool fixture and maintained his strong form in the win over Southampton.
The Englishman has been a key figure for Nuno Espirito Santo this season, starting all 18 of his games across all competitions. He's also delivered excellent output, scoring four goals and providing four assists.

On the other hand, Rice and the Gunners endured yet another draw in the league with a 2-2 draw to Aston Villa. This allowed Forest to capitalise on the opportunity. Both teams are now level on 44 points.
Arsenal stars frequently interact with Nottingham players, but their camaraderie may have to end soon. Santo's side are continuing their incredible form, having won eight of their last nine matches and may overtake Mikel Arteta’s side soon enough.
In other news, Nottingham Forest fans have heavily criticised the referee, branding him a "cheat."
