Jakub Moder looks to be on his way out of Brighton & Hove Albion on a permanent basis. The 25-year-old has only had around 160 minutes of action so far this season, with less than 10 of those minutes coming in the Premier League.

Therefore, a Seagulls exit was always on the cards for the player in the winter market. The 25-year-old’s contract expires at the end of June, and it’s a case of either getting whatever can be achieved now or seeing him go for nothing in a few months.

1908.nl, a specialist Feyenoord news website, reports the Eredivisie club are on the verge of sealing a deal for the Brighton midfielder.

Contact is said to be concrete for the transfer, and Feyenoord are willing to pay around €2m for Moder, which could turn out to be a really good deal for the Dutch club if Brighton accept.

Feyenoord have turned to the Poland international after walking away from a deal for Chelsea’s Cesare Casadei after the competition became too fierce.
