Chelsea fans explode at 'corrupt' PGMOL as new Bernardo Silva footage emerges

Chelsea fans have exploded at “corrupt” referee John Brooks after he failed to send Bernardo Silva off during their clash with Man City.
Enzo Maresca’s side fell to a 3-1 defeat at the Etihad after Noni Madueke’s early goal, when the game was flipped on it’s head by strikes from Josko Gvardiol, Erling Haaland and Phil Foden.
However, footage emerging on social media showed Silva leading with his studs into a challenge which caught Enzo Fernandez on the back of the calf.
Having seen Arsenal star Myles Lewis-Skelly sent off for a lesser incident earlier in the day, the travelling supporters were adamant the City star should also have seen red.
Despite this, supporters have long been calling for more consistency from officials, and many insisted that if Lewis-Skelly was sent off, Silva should have been too.

It was a decision which ultimately had little impact on the game as Chelsea struggled to deal with City following their early lead, and the hosts made their dominance count.
However, a red card with the scoreline close at 2-1 could have given the Blues additional hope of picking up an impressive result on the road.
During the game, many supporters took to social media to insist Silva should have seen red, as the referees were labelled “corrupt”, “cheats” and “a joke”.
