Chelsea star Reece James scored as England beat Latvia in their World Cup Qualifiers.
The 25-year-old is among the best right-backs in the country when he is fit, but injuries have really troubled him over the last few years.
Since the start of the 2023/24 season, James has missed a total of 318 days of football, and that has cost him several opportunities with the England national team.
The Englishman’s long wait for a start ended on Monday in the Three Lions’ 3-0 win over Latvia at Wembley.
