'Embarrassing': Mido is worried Tottenham have a much bigger issue on their hands than Ange Postecoglou with Daniel Levy claim made

Mido has warned Tottenham Hotspur supporters that their issues are far deeper rooted than Ange Postecoglou after the team dropped into 15th place.
Postecoglou is coming under pressure at Tottenham with his side having now collected just five points from their last nine league matches.
The Lilywhites crashed to a 12th defeat of the season as they were beaten away at Everton and they are now being dragged into a relegation scrap.
However, the club’s former striker is concerned that Spurs’ issues run deeper than just poor results and performances on the pitch.
Daniel Levy is Tottenham’s biggest problem, not Ange Postecoglou
Mido claims that the situation at Tottenham Hotspur is ’embarrassing’ and he does not blame Ange Postecoglou for the mess but rather Daniel Levy and the board.
The former Egyptian international claims that the owners run the club like a business and have lost sight of the football side.
Mido told TalkSPORT: “To be honest, it’s embarrassing and I don’t think the real problem is Ange [Postecoglou] or any other coach. I’m being honest here, the people at the top have been running the club from a financial point of view, not from a football point of view.
“I feel sorry for every Spurs fan and I’m one of them. You always have to find the balance between the football operations and the right investment and for Daniel Levy and the people at the top I really think their first concern is to make money out of this football club.”
Why Tottenham will struggle to find their next manager
Mido added that he is concerned no top player or coach would be willing to come to North London now because the club are not focused on winning trophies.
“Tottenham is a huge club with a great history, a club that is in London, has the best stadium in England and has the best facilities,” he claimed.
“Any player in the world should be proud to play for such a big club like Tottenham, but now it’s very difficult to attract top players and coaches because it’s obvious that their first concern is to make money from this football club, not to win trophies.”
