Exclusive: Aston Villa & PSG set for Jhon Duran & Randal Kolo Muani swap talks

PSG are set for talks with Aston Villa over a sensational cash-plus-player swap deal involving Randal Kolo Muani and Jhon Duran, sources have told Football Insider.
Kolo Muani has struggled for opportunities with the French champions, and has made just one appearance, as a substitute, in their last seven games.
Now, another potential destination has emerged for the 26-year-old at Villa Park, in a move that could see another big name head in the opposite direction.
PSG to hold talks with Aston Villa over transfer swap deal
It is understood that PSG are due to hold a meeting with the Premier League side next week over a potential swap deal involving Kolo Muani and Jhon Duran.
While the Frenchman has struggled this season, Duran has enjoyed an excellent campaign so far for Aston Villa.
Despite not always being a starter, the 21-year-old has scored 12 goals in 26 appearances in all competitions for Unai Emery’s team.
PSG could now look to take advantage of that with talks to sign the Colombian in a deal that could see Kolo Muani head to Villa Park as part of an agreement.
Duran has a contract with Aston Villa until the summer of 2030, while Kolo Muani’s deal secures his future in the French capital until the end of the 2027/28 season.
While Villa currently sit ninth in the Premier League table, PSG are once again running away with things at the top of the Ligue 1 table, already sitting ten points clear at this stage.
