Leeds United are readying a move for Norwich City goalkeeper Angus Gunn, sources have told Football Insider.
The 29-year-old is yet to be offered a contract extension by Norwich and could leave on a free transfer this summer.
Leeds are set to overhaul their keeping ranks regardless of whether they achieve promotion to the Premier League or remain in the Championship next season.
The Whites are long-time admirers of Gunn, who is a 15-cap Scotland international, and view him as a potential number one or deputy.
Leeds set sights on Meslier replacement
Daniel Farke’s side are searching for a new first-choice goalkeeping option with Illan Meslier dropping a number of costly clangers in the 2024-25 campaign.
Gunn has made 33 appearances in the Championship for Norwich this term, conceding 40 goals and keeping seven clean sheets.

He has racked up 164 second-tier games and played 31 times in the Premier League during his time with Southampton.
The 29-year-old came through the ranks at Man City before joining the Saints – and returned to boyhood club Norwich in 2021.
Leeds sit top of the Championship and could seal promotion as early as Easter Monday (21 April) if results go their way.
‘Leeds want six summer signings’
Meanwhile, industry expert Mick Brown has told Football Insider (15 April) that Leeds will want at least six summer signings if they are promoted.
Brown claimed the Yorkshire giants want a new goalkeeper, a full-back, two midfielders, a winger and a striker – while other positions will also be strengthened.
The Whites have spent two seasons outside the Premier League following their play-off final defeat against Southampton last May.
