Ange Postecoglou has endured a terrible season at Tottenham, and there are a number of reasons behind Spurs' lacklustre campaign.
Tottenham haven't been consistent enough this season, that's for sure, while injuries have also been a factor.
Meanwhile, there is also a lack of leadership at Tottenham. Heung-Min Son has been questioned as a captain, while speaking on TalkSPORT, Alan Brazil has shared some insight into Ange Postecoglou's leadership.
The pundit says that he's heard that Postecoglou isn't really a manager who gets into his players enough, claiming that he'll simply tell his players what he wants rather than reiterating that fact in a more vocal or pressing manner.

What Alan Brazil has heard about Ange Postecoglou
Brazil shared what he's heard about Postecoglou and his style of management.
According to the pundit, Postecoglou isn't the most vocal or inspiring of leaders, instead opting to give players instructions in a much more simple fashion.
"I think those types of characters are starting to disappear (vocal leaders)," Harry Redknapp said.
"You know, I hear Ange is a bit like that. He doesn't really get into the players. He tells them what he wants and that's it, He's not one of those who is in your face," Brazil said.
What Ange Postecoglou is like at Tottenham
Postecoglou is a bit of an enigma of a personality – you can't quite put your finger on what he's going to be like on any given day.
Postecoglou can be frosty at times, but, other times, he's happy to laugh and joke during his press conferences.
Meanwhile, some suggest that Postecoglou rarely speaks to his players, while others have reported that Postecoglou is always open to speaking to the staff at Spurs.
Brazil has heard that Postecoglou isn't the most vocal of managers, but Bryan Gil told a different story, claiming that Postecoglou is a great motivator.
"I don't think I've ever had a coach who's such a good speaker or motivator before matches," said the Spaniard. "He fills us all with so much confidence before we take to the pitch.
"He's great tactically too. As I've said, I've never seen any other team play like us."
It would appear that Postecoglou comes across differently to almost everyone he meets in different situations, hence why there are so many conflicting stories about his personality at Tottenham.
