Darwin Nunez broke his silence on social media as speculation over his Liverpool future continues to grow.
The Uruguayan striker has endured a frustrating season under Arne Slot, with the Liverpool boss often opting for Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota ahead of him in the forward line.
Nunez's reduced minutes and inconsistent involvement have only fuelled rumours of a potential exit.
Football Insider revealed that Liverpool are planning to accept offers for Nunez, with the forward said to be growing increasingly unhappy with his role in the squad.
Football Insider also revealed back in March that Nunez is considered first in line to be sold this summer, and could even push for an immediate move away.
Liverpool fans lose patience with Darwin Nunez amid ongoing exit rumours
Amid all the noise, Nunez shared a message with fans in a recent post, sparking a wave of reaction from his teammates and followers alike.
Nunez shared a black-and-white training update for Liverpool fans, posting multiple photos alongside a cryptic hourglass emoji as the caption.
Several teammates reacted to the post, including Ibrahima Konate, Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz, who all showed their support by liking it.
The Reds splashed out a staggering £85 million to sign Nunez from Benfica in 2022, and now want to recoup a significant fee if he is sold this summer.
Liverpool fans have grown increasingly frustrated with the Nunez and his lack of impact, with many calling for the club to cash in on him. He has scored just seven goals in all competitions this season, with only five coming in the Premier League.
Nunez was close to leaving the club in January, with Saudi side Al-Nassr registering strong interest. However, their focus shifted to Jhon Duran, ultimately leaving Nunez to remain at Anfield. Despite that, a summer exit now appears to be on the cards.

Konate is another player whose future at Liverpool has come under the spotlight, with the centre-back entering the final year of his contract this summer.
Football Insider revealed that Real Madrid are monitoring Konate’s situation, while PSG are also keen on bringing him back to France.
After tying down Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk to new deals, Liverpool could soon find themselves in another major contract saga–this time with Konate.
