Crystal Palace haven’t found their rhythm at all this season.

Many tipped Crystal Palace to challenge for Europe this term but that’s so far not transpired and in fact, they reside in the relegation zone.

Oliver Glasner’s side are winless in their opening seven games Premier League games and the pressure is starting to mount on the Austrian head coach.

With that said, it’s just become pretty obvious who Palace should appoint if Glasner is to depart Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace should appoint David Moyes if Oliver Glasner leaves

If Glasner is to be replaced, Crystal Palace should look no further than former West Ham United manager David Moyes.

Moyes has been out of work since leaving The Hammers at the end of last season and would be the ideal successor to Glasner.

The 61-year-old is a specialist at stabilising sides and getting them out of danger and at the minute, Palace appear to be in free fall.

Though, they likely won’t have a free run at him, as Everton have been linked with Moyes amid uncertainty around Sean Dyche’s future.

The UEFA Conference League winner has remained coy on his future of late and said he’s taking his to make a decision on his next club.

Moyes says he’s received enquiries

Speaking to talkSPORT, Moyes revealed that he has received enquiries.

"I've not made that decision yet and I don't want to make that decision. I just want to see how it goes,” he said.

"I've had some really nice enquiries from clubs and countries as well at different times, but I'm just taking my time, and we'll see how it goes."

There has been a suggestion that Palace are already eyeing Moyes, so perhaps chiefs have put out feelers to his team.

A telling few weeks lie ahead at Selhurst Park.
