Speaking on his YouTube channel, David Lynch has been discussing Liverpool's links to Kvaratskhelia, and he's shared an interesting insight into this story.
The journalist says that he's spoken to a source within Liverpool, and he was told that the Reds definitely like the winger, but a lot would have to happen for this deal to be done.

Lynch shared what he's been told about Kvaratskhelia from a source within Liverpool.
The journalist has been told that this deal is still some way off happening, but Liverpool will jump at the chance to sign the attacker if an opportunity presents itself.
"I spoke to a source at Liverpool yesterday and the way that it was put to me was that a lot needs to happen for this deal to come together. This deal has a lot of moving parts, the fact other clubs are interested is one of those, but this is a player that Liverpool absolutely like," Lynch said.
"A lot needs to come together, but the bottom line that was put to me was that if there is an opportunity there Liverpool want to be all over it because this is a player they have liked for a long time."
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia options analysed
Kvaratskhelia seemingly has three options on the table at the moment, and all three options are appealing.
Liverpool are top of the Premier League and are a very exciting team right now. PSG are the biggest team in France and a huge global brand, while Chelsea are rebuilding under Enzo Maresca and look to be on the right track.
Kvaratskhelia is primarily a left winger, and when you look at where he would fit into these three teams, his decision begins to look very difficult.

Luis Diaz is evolving into more of a central player at Liverpool, but Cody Gakpo has been briililant on the left side recently, while Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez are both capable of playing on the left when needed.
Perhaps the most natural spot for Kvaratskhelia would be at Chelsea. Jadon Sancho has improved this season, but he's not been incredible and Joao Felix is barely getting a game.
Meanwhile Pedro Neto is better off the right and Mykhaylo Mudryk's situation right now is murky to say the least.
Liverpool really like Kvaratskhelia, but whether or not there is a natural spot for the Napoli star in Arne Slot's side is up for debate as Liverpool already have multiple solid left wing options.
