Jude Bellingham reacts as Sunderland star Jobe vs Liam Delap footage emerges

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham has shown his support for his brother Jobe after a clip emerged of the Sunderland star taking on Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap while with England.
Over the international break, the older Bellingham brother was part of the England side that beat Albania 2-0 and Albania 3-0 to begin their 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign in perfect style.
The Three Lions’ Under 21s side were also in action, as they lost against France and then claimed victory over Portugal in two friendlies.
The younger Bellingham, who is attracting transfer interest from Chelsea and Tottenham, was a part of Lee Carsley’s squad for those two matches.
He was joined in that squad by Ipswich star Delap who is another to have been linked with Chelsea and Man United this season.
Now, it has been revealed that the pair came together for a bit of competition while in training during the camp, which caught the interest of Jobe’s older brother.

In the aftermath of the international camp, the official England account has posted a clip of Jobe Bellingham and Delap involved in a training drill.
The passing exercise saw both players challenged to knock a ball between two poles – which were not allowed to be touched – with the ball also having to be returned with a single touch.

It was the Sunderland man who came out on top, with just the one slip-up in comparison to three from Delap.
That appeared to impress his older brother Jude, with the Real Madrid man among those to like the post, in a show of support for his sibling.

It would be no surprise if Jobe Bellingham does soon follow his older brother in making the step up to top-flight football.
The midfielder has played an important role in Sunderland’s push for promotion from the Championship this season, which is clearly attracting attention from elsewhere.
At 19-years-old there is of course also plenty of time for him to improve and get that opportunity, given his quality is going to lead to demand for his services.
With that set to make him an even higher profile player and reveal just how far he can go, it will be interesting to see if that also leads to him lining up alongside Jude for England in the future.
