Arsenal fans have savaged club captain Martin Odegaard for his performance during their frustrating draw against Aston Villa.
The Gunners had to share the spoils at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday (18 January) despite initially leading the game by two goals to nil.
Youri Tielemans and Ollie Watkins both found the back of the net in the second half to rock Arsenal's attempts to win the Premier League.
The Gunners are now six points behind Liverpool, with the Reds boasting one game in hand as well to place further pressure on Mikel Arteta's team.
Odegaard has come under fire from Arsenal fans for his individual performance as he managed just two touches in the opposition box.
The Norway international was unsuccessful with all of his attempted dribbles and was only accurate with two of his 11 crosses as he struggled to make any impact.

Odegaard struggled to help his team defensively either as he lost all of his duels throughout the match and was dribbled past once.
The creative midfielder has only scored one goal and provided three assists across his 15 Premier League performances, and fans have now vocally displayed their displeasure.
Supporters claimed that he was "dreadful" against Villa while others claimed that he did "absolutely nothing."
