Wolves striker Matheus Cunha has been spotted ‘liking’ a comment asking him to join Man United after his impressive start to the season.
The 25-year-old has been a stand-out in a struggling Wolves side, starting 15 of his 17 appearances across all competitions, scoring eight goals, and providing three assists in 1357 minutes of action.
Wolves remain in the relegation zone despite his good form, sitting 19th with only nine points from their first 16 league games. They also hold the league’s worst defensive record, having conceded 40 goals.
Gary O’Neil was finally sacked after their 2-1 Premier League defeat to fellow strugglers Ipswich, their fourth consecutive loss.
