Newcastle eyeing 'versatile' striker for summer – Already speaking to his entourage about transfer

Newcastle United have shown an interest in AJ Auxerre striker Lassine Sinayoko as they look to strengthen their forward options this summer.
That's according to Africa Foot, who report that Newcastle have shown an interest in the 25-year-old as they search for a 'versatile striker'.
They report that Sinayoko has attracted the interest of several clubs in Europe thanks to his performances in Ligue 1 this season. He has two goals and four assists in the league to date playing all across the front three.
Newcastle are 'showing particular interest' in him and those in charge at St James Park are already in talks with the Malian international.
The Magpies have already established contacts with his entourage and are considering making an offer in the summer transfer window. Sinayoko has also been approached by German clubs.
AJ Auxerre are reportedly asking for more than €7m to let the striker go, eyeing a big profit after he came through their youth ranks.
Whether Newcastle would be willing to pay such a price for him remains to be seen but they're talking to his entourage ahead of the summer, nonetheless.
