Nottingham Forest fans believe that they can pull off a "miracle" and win the Premier League this season after Jamie Carragher compared them to Leicester City's iconic team on Sky Sports' Monday Night Football.
The former Liverpool star said, "Nottingham Forest look a lot better defensively, Leicester were a lot better in attack.
"They are a similar sort of style, if you explain the sort of style of Leicester what we all imagine, it was counter-attack with Jamie Vardy and it's pretty similar with Nottingham Forest this season."
Forest currently sits second in the Premier League after 19 games and trail Liverpool by eight points while the Reds boast a game in hand.
Nuno Espirito Santo's men defeated Everton 2-0 during their last outing on Sunday (29 December) after goals from Chris Wood and Morgan Gibbs-White.
Forest also boasts the third-best defensive record in the league with the team conceding only 19 goals so far.
Nottingham Forest could pull off a miracle
Forest have been the surprise package of the season so far, and that has led to comparisons between them and Leicester's 2015-16 team.
The Foxes won the Premier League that year by a clear 10 points in what was a true underdog story, and Forest fans now believe they could the next "fairy tale."
