Man City fans have taken to social media to demand the club to sell Jack Grealish following his performance against Aston Villa.
Pep Guardiola's side travelled to Villa Park with only one win in their last 11 matches, having lost to bitter rivals Manchester United in their previous outing, but came away with yet another defeat after the 2-1 result.
Grealish has struggled to make an impact when called upon, with fans voicing their frustrations on several occasions.
The 29-year-old has failed to score all season and has now gone a full year since his last Premier League goal for the club.
He has been in and out of the team this season, starting 10 of his 18 appearances across all competitions. This included the trip to Birmingham to face his boyhood club, but fans criticised his performance.
Man City hit by another blow at Man City
The winger looked like the only player likely to create chances in the first half. According to Sofascore, he registered two key passes, created one big chance, achieved a 92% pass accuracy, and won seven ground duels by half-time.
However, for many, the key statistics are goals and assists, and the England international failed to deliver either. He has only two assists this season, limited by just 850 minutes of play before the Villa match.
Football Insider also exclusively revealed that the Manchester club are uncertain about his future at the club after recent performances.
Man City fans once again expressed their disappointment on X, with some calling for the club to "sell Grealish now" while others labelled him "a waste of £100m".
Several fans also clamoured for Jeremy Doku to replace Grealish, claiming the former Villa player was "wasting space" on the pitch.
