Renato Veiga shares fan joke with Tosin Adarabioyo after Chelsea victory

Chelsea left-back Renato Veiga took to social media to send a message to teammate Tosin Adarabioyo after the centre-back scored twice against Morecambe.
The Blues’ centre-back only joined in the summer, on a free-transfer from local rivals Fulham, but has already become an important part of the Chelsea squad.
Despite being on the end of a nasty jab from his old team after losing 2-1 to the Cottages on Boxing Day, Adarabioyo has largely performed well, featuring in 17 games in all competitions for Chelsea.
In their 5-0 demolition of Morecambe in the FA Cup, Adarabioyo opened the scoring for the Blues with a deflected effort from range, and then scored a second after the break to put his side up 3-0.
His involvement was accompanied by cries to “shoot” from the Chelsea fans at Stamford Bridge as a result.

With Chelsea struggling to find a way through against Morecambe, having seen a Christopher Nkunku penalty controversially kept out, the former Manchester City man hit a powerful strike from range that took a deflection and went in.
That goal was Adarabioyo’s second in a Chelsea shirt, and if that one was fortunate, his next we a sublime display of technique as he launched another rocket from distance that flew past the hapless Harry Burgoyne.
Adarabioyo, who almost became a Manchester United player in the summer, was not only a goal-threat, but composed defensively all game long.
The former Fulham man’s shooting particularly impressed teammate Veiga, who posted a picture on his Instagram story simply captioned “shoot” 🤣😍.
Chelsea will be hoping they can use their FA Cup victory to get back to winning ways as they are currently four games without a win in the league.
