Liverpool have one of the best forward lines in the Premier League.
Mohamed Salah remains a force to be reckoned with, Luis Diaz is a star, and Darwin Nunez is chipping in with goals.
There is also Cody Gakpo and Diogo Jota. And let us not forget Federico Chiesa, who joined Liverpool in the summer of 2024.
However, it seems that Liverpool want to sign another attacking player and give manager Arne Slot more options.
CalcioMercato has reported that Liverpool like AC Milan winger Christian Pulisic "a lot", adding that his future is "intertwined" with the early departure of Chiesa, who is on the radar of Inter Milan and AC Milan.
AC Milan's stance on Liverpool target Christian Pulisic
West Ham United and Manchester United are also interested in the former Chelsea winger, described by ex-Blues manager Frank Lampard as an "exciting" player in The Independent in October 2020.
CalcioMercato has claimed that AC Milan are looking for at least €60 million (£50 million) in transfer fees for Pulisic.
The USA international winger did not have the best of times at Chelsea, but he has been a star for Milan in Serie A.
The 26-year-old, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, scored 20 goals and gave nine assists in 98 Premier League matches for Chelsea. He won the UEFA Champions League with the Blues.
Pulisic has scored seven goals and given five assists in 15 matches in all competitions for Milan this season.
The American star found the back of the net 15 times and provided 11 assists in 50 matches in all competitions for the Italian club in 2023-24.
What Jurgen Klopp once said about Christian Pulisic
Pulisic first came to everyone's attention at Borussia Dortmund before he earned the move to Chelsea in 2019.
Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp knew the winger from his time at Dortmund, and he was blown away by him at the time.
Goal quoted Klopp as saying in May 2024: “I had when I left Dortmund, Pulisic came through, so I had him as a 16-year-old in training and I thought ‘Oh my God! Wow!’
"And then you see him later, at Chelsea, doing well now at AC Milan. I would love to stay with all the people in the building.”
