Arsenal beat PSG 2-0 on Tuesday evening as they asserted their dominance over the French giants.

PSG have, for a long time, been one of Europe's elite outfits, but Arsenal proved on Tuesday that they're up there with the best of them in the Champions League.

Speaking to 90Min, Robert Pires has been building his combined XI of Arsenal and PSG players.

Pires made a few interesting calls when picking his team, choosing the likes of Kai Havertz ahead of Warren Zaire-Emery and Declan Rice ahead of Vitinha.

Ousmane Dembele is arguably PSG's best player these days, but, according to Pires, the winger wouldn't get into the Arsenal team.

Indeed, according to Pires, Bukayo Saka is a player he would rather have than Ousmane Dembele.

Bukayo Saka picked ahead of Ousmane Dembele

Piers chose Saka on the right wing in his combined XI ahead of the Arsenal vs PSG game.

Dembele has been in red-hot form for PSG this season, scoring four and assisting three in six league appearances so far.

However, after a recent disciplinary issue, Dembele missed the game at the Emirates this week.

Meanwhile, Saka as the difference maker once again as he scored a vital goal to help his team to victory.

Ousmane Dembele has achieved more than Bukayo Saka

Saka may be the better player than Dembele, but Dembele does have the superior CV.

Indeed, Dembele's trophy haul is something he can hold over Saka, for now at least.

Dembele has won four league titles during his career at Barcelona and PSG, while he's also a World Cup winner.

Meanwhile, Saka only has one major trophy to his name – the 2020 FA Cup.

Arsenal are certainly on the right trajectory to pick up more silverware in the coming years, but, as things stand, in terms of legacy, Dembele does have the edge over Saka.

After Tuesday night's victory though, it is Saka who has the bragging rights over his PSG counterpart.
