Ryan Sessegnon sent a message on social media to Fulham teammate and Palmeiras transfer target Andreas Pereira.
Pereira captained Fulham for the first time in their 4-1 victory against Championship side Watford in the FA Cup (9 January).
Rodrigo Muniz opened the scoring for the Whites before Rocco Vata equalised for the Hornets.
A penalty four minutes into the second half from Raul Jimenez gave Fulham back their lead, and goals from Joachim Andersen and Timothy Castagne confirmed the win for the Cottagers.
An FA Cup win would mark Fulham’s first major piece of silverware in the club’s history and manager Marco Silva made clear the importance of the competition by fielding a strong side against the Hornets.
Ryan Sessegnon full of praise for Fulham teammate Andreas Pereira
Pereira has been a key fixture in West London since signing from Premier League rivals, Manchester United.
The Brazilian international has featured in 18 of Fulham’s opening 20 league fixtures and was nearly ever-present last year, featuring in 37 out of 38 league games.
However, the Belgium-born Pereira has been linked with a move away from the club, and missed the game against Tottenham Hotspur in December after comments about how he was “looking forward to it,” regarding a potential transfer to Marseille. [talkSPORT]

The former Valencia man would not be easy to replace, but Fulham may have found a stop-gap solution in James McAtee, as reported by Football Insider.
After leading the Cottagers to victory Pereira wrote to fans: “Great team performance today, and it's an honor to wear the captain's armband for the first time for this club. Thank you to the fans for your incredible support. It truly means a lot!
“See you on Tuesday! Let's keep moving forward together.”
Teammate Sessegnon was full of praise for his teammate, responding to the Brazilian’s Instagram post by saying “top top bro 🔥.”
In other news, Fulham could be charged for this incident.
