'Today': Journalist shares what he's now hearing about Marcus Rashford and Arsenal

Marcus Rashford continues to create headline after headline during the January transfer window.
Rashford wants to leave Manchester United, and, of course, that story has led to tons of rumours.
West Ham are keen on Rashford, while AC Milan want Rashford as well.
Arsenal have been mentioned as an option for Rashford throughout this month, but, as of yet, nothing concrete has developed.
However, Gabriel Jesus ruptured his ACL against Manchester United at the weekend, and that may force Arsenal into making a new attacking signing.
Speaking on the Second Captains Podcast, Miguel Delaney has been discussing Rashford's situation, and he says that there's still no suggestion that Arsenal will go for Rashford.
Arsenal still not planning Marcus Rashford move
Delaney shared what he knows about Arsenal and Rashford.
The journalist says that Rashford is 99% likely to head abroad, stating that there's nothing to suggest that Arsenal will go for Rashford.
"On Rashford, I think he’s much more likely, in fact, I’d say it’s 99% certain that he’ll go abroad rather than stay in England. And I know people have mentioned that he might make sense for Arsenal. I just, there’s been no suggestion they’re going to do it even today (after Jesus' injury)," Delaney said.
"I don’t think he really does make sense just because of his profile. I mean, he makes sense in terms of, well, he’s available and he has scored a lot of Premier League goals in the past. I just don’t think he’s the right type of player that’s going to make much of a difference to them.
"And even there, even the availability or say what you’re saying about kind of his, like Rashford’s best season for United came when he’s playing as a right forward for Ten Hag. And like it’s known one of Rashford’s complaints is that Ten Hag moving to the left, taking away kind of that productivity. Whereas who plays in the right for Arsenal? Saka."
Who could Arsenal sign?
Arsenal may not be going for Rashford, but that doesn't mean they're not in for a new attacker.
Indeed, Arsenal are still scouring the market for options.
Arsenal made a bid for Dusan Vlahovic on Monday according to some reports, while Evan Ferguson has been linked to Arsenal too.
Meanwhile, as for wide players, Arsenal have scouted Takefusa Kubo recently, while Nico Williams is Arsenal's top January target.

Rashford may not be north London-bound, but this could still be an exciting January transfer window for the Gunners.
As for Rashford, as Delaney says, a move abroad could beckon for the Man United star.
AC Milan like the forward, while Borussia Dortmund are also keen on Rashford.
A move to Dortmund could be just what the doctor ordered. After all, Jadon Sancho was in a similar situation at United this time last year and he rediscovered his best form over in Germany.
