Tottenham forward Richarlison has taken to social media to send a message to Everton fans after playing his last against his former club at Goodison Park on Sunday (January 19).
The 27-year-old scored in the 92nd minute against his former club but was unable to prevent Spurs from falling to a 3-2 Premier League defeat.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin opened the scoring after just 13 minutes, slotting past Antonin Kinsky after some fancy footwork in the Spurs box.
Iliman Ndiaye doubled their lead on the half-hour mark before an Archie Gray own goal in added time made it 3-0 going into half-time.
Spurs winger Dejan Kulusevski got one back for Ange Postecoglu’s side, lobbing over multiple Everton defenders after Jordan Pickford rushed out to try to get the ball.
Richarlison, who replaced injured centre-back Radu Dragusin at half-time, bagged his goal in the 92nd minute, but it was nothing more than a consolation.

Richarlison, who spent four years at Everton, has struggled at Spurs this season, starting eight of his nine games across all competitions, scoring two goals, and providing one assist in his 230 minutes of action.
Spurs are now without a Premier League win in their last six games, and have won just one league game throughout December and January.
The Brazilian took to Instagram after the game to thank his former fans, saying: “I feel very fulfilled for all the 83 times I've stepped onto this pitch. Where I played the most and scored the most goals in my entire career. Today, for the last time. Thank you, Goodison Park!”
Everton’s win over Spurs marked their first since David Moyes returned to the club earlier in the month, taking them within four points of the North London club in 16th with 20 points.
Postecoglu’s attention will turn to the Europa League as they travel to Germany to face Hoffenheim on Thursday (January 23).
