Simon Jordan has criticised Ange Postecoglou for his approach at Tottenham.
The Spurs boss claimed his side ‘lack some maturity and leadership’ following their loss to Crystal Palace on Sunday.

The competition presents a chance for Postecoglou to end Spurs’ 17-year wait for a trophy.
However, talkSPORT co-host Jordan has questioned the Australian’s comments ahead of the match.
Speaking on White & Jordan, he explained: “Comparing Manchester City with Tottenham is a silly comparison because Man City are winning things and Tottenham aren’t.
“When you’re talking about Man City’s priorities, they’ve won the Premier League for the last four years, they’ve won the Champions League in the last two seasons, they’ve won the League Cup God knows how many times, they’ve won the FA Cup – Tottenham have won nothing for 17 years.
“So when we’re talking about comparisons about what Pep Guardiola would do, he’s under a different set of challenges to Tottenham. Now you go to what Ange has said, I don’t know what he’s bloody talking about.
“I really like him, I really want him to be successful. When he talks about not making enough effort in a game and he hates the fact that people are going to keep, what are you talking about, Ange?
“You put a weakened side out against Fulham in the League Cup last year and you lost.
“You put Son on the bench, you put Maddison on the bench, you put Kulusevski on the bench, you play the second string team for reasons that are your own and you are perfectly entitled to.
“That’s not people accusing you of a lack of effort, that’s people suggesting that you’re applying a different protocol to that particular game.

Spurs were beaten on penalties in the second round by Fulham last season after a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage.
Jordan continued: “So when Ange takes this brusque style, which in parts I like, because he wants to separate himself, I like the fact that he objected strongly to the notion that Tottenham fans wanted Tottenham to lose to Manchester City or beat Manchester City or whatever it was so that Arsenal couldn’t win the league.
“They were more inclined to be worried about what Arsenal were doing than Spurs were doing.
“I like that and he was right to say that, he’s a professional football manager, he couldn’t give a monkeys what Arsenal were doing, he wants to win the games that are in front of him.
“But when he makes this particular observation, like he makes rod to his own back, he says things like I don’t worry about set pieces, I’ve got more things to worry about than that.
“Then every time a set piece goes in and they can see the goal, the media are going to focus on the fact that he said that and hit him with that stick.
“Now he’s going to talk about not making enough effort for games. and then you look at the line-up against Fulham last year and he’s dropped his big hitters for that game.
Postecoglou has said he ‘normally wins something’ in his second season with a club[/caption]“Now that’s not a lack of effort for the guys that go in there, but Oliver Skipp and players of that nature don’t occupy the same precedence as James Madison do they? Or Kulusevski or Son.
“So it’s not about effort, it’s about priorities. So I don’t know what Ang is trying to deflect away from, do you want to win the League Cup?
"You’re the one that said, not I’m going to win something, he’s the one that said I normally win something in my second season, which we then interpreted to being… I always win something in my second season.
“So they might win the Europa League and they might win one of the cups. So here’s one of the cups.”
